Betting & Gaming Rules

Account Suspension & Closure

bavu88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion in the following circumstances, without being required to provide advance notice:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion pending investigation.
• The account holder is determined to be under 18 years of age.
• The account holder requests self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming tools or via support.
• A duplicate account is identified for the same individual.
• Regulatory or legal obligations require the restriction of the account.

In cases of voluntary account closure requested by the player, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days, provided KYC verification is complete. Limitation of Liability

bavu88 does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party network disruptions, and force majeure events (including natural disasters, civil unrest, or regulatory actions) may temporarily affect platform availability. bavu88 will endeavour to communicate planned maintenance in advance and to restore service as quickly as possible following unplanned outages.

bavu88 is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of a player's failure to maintain account security, including losses arising from the sharing of login credentials, failure to log out of a shared device, or failure to report unauthorised access in a timely manner. Players are advised to enable all available account security features, including any two-factor authentication options offered by the platform.

The total aggregate liability of bavu88 to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, to the extent that such limitation is prohibited by law.

These Terms & Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and bavu88 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and representations. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
